Mr. Rajendra Prakash Tewari is Chartered Accountant with about four decades of experience. As a partner at M/s R.M. Lall & Co., he brings extensive expertise in audit, taxation, accounting and financial management support services. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Lucknow (1977).

Throughout his career, Mr. Tewari has demonstrated a profound understanding of auditing and taxation. He is actively associated with several professional associations. He was President of the Income Tax Bar Association, Lucknow for 2022-23.
