CA. Praveen Kumar, having an experience of about four decades, is a partner in M/s R.M. Lall & Co. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He did his Master of Commerce from Meerut University.

Starting as an Audit Assistant at S.R. Batliboi & Co. in 1984, Mr. Praveen has held senior positions at Tata Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. (TISCO). His expertise includes financial management, taxation, audit, and compliance services, with extensive experience in working with multinational companies, public sector undertakings, private companies and NGOs.
