Dr. Atul Mohan, a distinguished Chartered Accountant and academician, has over four decades of professional experience. As a Senior Partner at M/s R.M. Lall & Co., he holds a Ph.D., with his thesis on “Credit Risk Management in Public Sector Banks”. He has a Bachelor in Commerce and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI. He did his LL.B. from the University of Lucknow and was awarded the Chancellor’s Medal. He was a rank-holder in both the Intermediate and Final Exams of ICAI, securing the third rank in final exams in 1981 and was also awarded the RVK Umarjee prize for securing the highest marks in Costing in the country. Joining R.M. Lall & Co. in 1982, Dr. Mohan has significantly contributed to the firm's growth, offering consultancy and audit services to major public sector banks, financial institutions, and organizations like the World Bank and USAID. His expertise includes auditing, forensic investigations, financial management, family enterprise constitution and management, project and management consultancy services and mergers and acquisitions. He is also an active contributor to professional development through training programs and publications on financial management and auditing. He was Chairman of ICAI Lucknow branch in 2003. He has rendered consultancy services in India and abroad including the U.S.A., Nepal, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
